auto_gc.shの死角である/root/sites配下(.codex-clones/codex-worktrees/.codex-worktrees/kokando-workers*/日付付き単発dir)を自動GC対象へ拡張。7日超・未コミット0・未push0のみ削除、上限・ログ・dry-run付き。cron 04:45。初回手動パス実施。関連 #11027
