説明
親: #10321 / 依存: なし（W8B内部並列）
目的: Execution PlaneでRedmine/Taskの task_ref と conversation_id をRun/Attempt/Executor/Eventまで一貫伝播させる。
作業: 現行queue_db/daemon/executors/session_manager/review_contextを読み、既存IDを正本として不足箇所のみ最小修正。新しいID体系を作らない。
受入条件: (1) task_ref/conversation_idがdispatch時に欠落しない、(2) retryでもtask_refは同一・run/attempt/conversationは契約どおり追跡可能、(3) event/evidenceから逆引き可能、(4)既存W8Bテストを破壊しない、(5)外部サービス変更なし。
成果物: code + tests + CONNECTION_REPORT。
